The survey, which was conducted across six continents, asked respondents if they felt exhausted on the weekends. Of the 5,650 respondents, 63.7% answered in the affirmative with only 36.3% saying no.

In Africa, 64% of the 749 voters chose yes while 674 South Americans opted for yes, totalling 65.7%. North Americans had 974 voters and they chose yes 62.8%. In Europe, which had 1,136 respondents, 63.3% of them said yes. In Asia, the answer was almost the same with 63.8% of the 1,719 voting yes.

The figure for Oceanian respondents was slightly lower than the global average at 63.1%, with 398 voters overall.

Ultimately, it appears the majority of people around the world feel exhausted on weekends. This suggests many people could be working too hard during the week and not getting adequate rest and relaxation over the weekends. Whatever the cause of exhaustion, this survey serves as an important reminder for everyone to take better care of themselves and make sure to get enough rest.
